Shaking

I was wondering if anyone else has this problem. It seems like when I sit my left arm really shakes and when I stand up my left side shakes and I have problems walking. Has anyone else experienced this. Could it be chiari related ?

I sometimes have intention tremors.  When I am trying to do something, like driving and my foot is on the brake or gas pedal, my right leg has these jumping tremors.  It happens in my legs only, and only when I am using the muscles. Every time I go to the doctor, it never happens, so they don't know what is going on!

Hello!  I have tremors and have been told by my NS that it is not caused by Chiari....yet I have read over and over again that Chiari can cause tremors.  Having said that, I am going to see a specialist tomorrow at a University hospital.  I am praying that they can diagnose me, once and for all, and get me on my way to recovery.  I am frustrated as all get out with doctors who have no clue about the serious effects Chiari can cause.
Anyhow, I will keep you posted as to my progress and should have more information after my appointment.  Hopefully!

Hi....yes we do have another member dealing with this shaking ....and I myself have had what I call tremors usually in my hands and arms....sounds like urs are more like the other member......

She is still having testing done as of course Drs say it is not chiari related...she has yet to get to a Chiari specialist, so not sure what they would tell her.

I know chiari can cause some tremors...just not sure if it is causing urs.

Have u had ne testing on this?
