Hi and welcome to the Chiari forum.
So sorry u r feeling so poorly...in fact, I felt euphoric almost perfect after surgery.....it was the drugs....I did not have massive HA's...but was still getting some.....energy was low...especially at 3 weeks....goodness, it can take up to 2 yrs to heal from this.
What meds r u taking, mayb the nausea is from them?
hmmmm hiccups.....do u have reflux?...or a hiatal hernia?
Some of us do feel like this afterward and may have another issue going on.....have they looked at u since u reported feeling like this?
DO u have HA's in ne position?...or just when upright?...after some activity?
I am happy to welcome u to our little family, so sorry for the reason u had to seek us out.

I was very nauseous and threw up for two weeks after surgery, I lost 10 pounds because I couldn't keep anything down. I then switched from my pain med (Norco) to Tylenol 8 hr extra strength, which kept the pain managable for six hours.
I was also very tired and felt like an old lady. I could barely walk a block's distance with out being exhausted, I couldn't even move my legs very fast or very far (stride). My husband would push me around in a wheel chair if we went to run errands. At home we would take short walks together.
I don't remember having the head pain, expcet when the meds wore off. I didn't have hiccups, but I did have reflux and was prescribed something for that, and the nausea too...which I threw up, lol.
All the best in your recovery. Please take it easy, this surgery is an investment and you need to care for your body.
