Well it was a nice surprise that I got to sleep in an hour later and didn't even know it!! I have one of those clocks that sets itself so it wasn't till I wandered out and looked at the microwave clock that I realized it!!
I'm ok with it but I do find it a little depressing that it gets so dark so early...it's now like 5pm when the sun is setting :(
Maybe I should take more Vitamin D..lol..
Stormy
Im so glad the time is changin! I love my long nights & short days. I will forget to change all of my clocks! Lol guess thats just the life of chiari.
Well we chiarians tend to forget so that is a great idea...my parents got me a clock radio that automatically adjusts the problem with this is the powers that be changed when DLST is....and my clock changes a week too soon : P
I alway's have changed mine in the middle of the day on Sat. it might sound strange but I adjust easier doing it this way. As I am thinking about it I'm going to go do this right now. My husband doesn't like it when I do it. I just see how long it takes him to notice. Have an extra hour of a good day. :D)
My internal clock stays on the one that we align with now in fall.....so I am glad when the clocks and my inner clock are in sync
I dont like changin hours like that twice a years! It always takes me 3 week to adapt to the new routine!!! But thats probably just me! LOL
Well we don't have daylight savings here in Queensland, Australia. The sun setting at 7pm is perfectly fine with me. :) The states below QLD however have DST. The most annoying thing is the Austar (paid TV) magazine prints all the TV shows in DST and i have to keep subtracting an hour for each show (from the first Sunday in October to the first Sunday in April mind you!) and i like to avoid doing maths in my head at all times so you see the problems i have to deal with because of DST grrr. :P
