I HAD MY SURGERY

Hey Everyone! I am sorry that you are just now hearing from me but my computer crashed and I had to get it fixed. I had my surgery March 3rd at the Cleveland Clinic and the doc said everything went well.
I will say that I feel 60% better than what I did, but I still have problems like weakeness, some dizziness, some ringing in my ears.  My doc said that my Chiari was worse than he thought and he hopes that I don't have to have a second surgery.
He told me that the day I left the hospital, I don't know if I will be able to go back to work driving a school bus again still feeling this way. I hope my disibilty goes through, sill waiting to hear from that. But just wanted everyone to know how I'm doing.

PS.... I read about lovemygirls and hope all is well with her!

So glad that everything went so well for you. Would you mind telling me who you saw at the cleveland clinic. I had an appt there but had to cancel because my ins wouldn't allow out of network. I was thinking of fighting with them but am curious who the dr. was and what you thought of him.

Do they think the symptoms that you are experiancing now will get better? I can't imagine driving a school with all the screeching and screaming lol. I certainly don't think I could handle that right now.

Good luck with your disability and I hope you are feeling better very soon.
