symptoms from low pressure systems

Hi,  Lately I have noticed my symptoms, headache, head pressure, neck pain and thoracic pain, increase with low pressure systems.  I assume the herniation swells from the low pressure.  I know this is very common for all of us.  What do you take for these symptoms as far as pain meds?  Thanks.

I am not sure really  and nething I say would only be speculation....but it could very well be just outside pressure pressing in?? and it could be it causes things to swell....and with swelling in a small area already this makes flow even more difficult , hence the pain.
Just a hunch on a few possibilities.

Do you know why these headaches and neck pain occur with low pressure, Selma? Am I right to assume that the herniation swells? My doctors have not confirmed that my symptoms are from the Chiari.  I have a bit of arthritis in my neck and wonder if this could be the cause also. My gut says Chiari though :(

Hi.....I try and take an antihistamine with helps with ne inflammation....and if I still have a HA I take Ibuprofen...so far this works for me.

We are all different with what works and what doesn't.....if it is a huge storm coming in....I might need more the just the ibuprofen....but that is not too often that I take RX meds for HA's....I take them more so for  EDS joint pains if I have a really bad day...again, which is not often...knock on wood**
