Hi Jenny, I am so sorry u r going thru this...I am post op and had a bad week last week b4 a big snow storm here too.....I do not black out or have drop attacks ne more, but my eyes were bad...so I understand...the weather really plays havoc with us.
I pray u can hang in there until u get back to the NS
Vent all u need to and can : )
"selma"
thank you so much.. this is jsut the weirdest thing ever.. i never thought the pressure would get this bad.. wow.. and i never thought i would go down hill so fast its crazy.. why does the pressure get so bad
I wish I knew ...but it does affect us...I have always said I felt like a walking barometer....my voice cracks,my sinuses drain, my head pounds and my eyes water, weep, blurr...fuzz up...u name it....
ALL I can figure out is the weather affects the tonsils and all up in our head and if it all swells which is what it feels like, it must cut off flow of CSF or something....
I have always done better in the warmer weather...so come on spring : )
i hope so... thisis jsut crazy how fast things are strating to happen
I know what u mean, but u r also stressed out by it which in the end feeds into it...so do try to relax....and I pray u feel better soon....
I know I had symptoms ,my whole life, but once I had the one drop attack the fall itself really triggered things to snowball(pardon my pun ).....but, u have had quite a few falls and ne of them could have set more of the symptoms into motion.
i know and that scares me that they are not even worried about any of the falling..
well do be careful, I had to have 2 surgeries from injuries from one of my falls....
We havent had snow here, thankfully, we have had our fair share. Just alot of rain lately. I have noticed the same, my vision is so bad I cant see the guide on the big screen tv. Its like if I squint, close my eyes and reopen them it will clear up for a few minutes and then right back. Almost like tunnel vision at times. Spring will be here soon if we can just hang on!
Hope you feel better soon.
Pam
