8 yr old crying fits

we have an 8 yr old and he's the middle child (9 yr old brother & 4 yr old sister) and they get very irritated with him as he likes to pick on them exp. taking their blanket, scarry faces, jumping at them etc. He will lay on the floor and cry and roll and scream over simple things. shoes and coat and socks that he can't get them on, or asked to do something.  Or if he thinks his siblings are getting something and he's not getting some. He has anger outbursts also.  the teacher claims he has no problems at school. He's skinny, eats very little, wets the bed on occas. and gets tired very easily.  Low energy for any sports.  Pediatrician said he's healthy and will not do blood work. When painting pottery with grandma she just said something to him about making it neat and he scribbled all over it and refused to finish

How does the older brother behave towards him you say its all him , and they get irritated but is it possible that the older and the younger sibling are not too kind to him, could he have learned some of this behavior, or simply be upset , why would the other siblings get something and not him this would create some jealousy feelings check out the dynamics  amogst themand you,  I feel more is going on than you have described ..good luck
