Possessiveness of my child

I got twins, they are very good to each other most of the time. But now days from 4to 6 months I observed my youngest child is becoming too much possessive for me. He don't like if anyone talks to me loudly, sometimes my friends pulls or push just like in friends does, that time the started crying. When Dr treat me or gives me injection he cried. He don't like , he feels people's hearting me. I told with him , they are my friends,it happens in friendship. Dr treat me so that I will alright early but he didn't understand.
What to do

Ahh, the joys of multiple children.  I have two kids very close in age.  Not twins but a year apart.  It's a balancing act.  Get use to saying "it's X's turn" and then say "It's y's turn" to the other sibling when you are giving affection to that sibling.  You have a sensitive child who really loves you.  All kids are different and he needs more reassurance.  Probably always will.  Give it to him.  I have one very sensitive child.  Anyway, just play it by ear and try not to get irritated if this child takes more of your time.  Your other will not resent him as remember, it is a balancing act and you also give your other child plenty of love.

By the way, I'm married to a twin. He is the twin that never felt his parents loved him like his brother.  sigh.  He was the more difficult child.  He could have used someone who just rolled with it and made sure he felt loved.  :))  Instead, his mom acted like he was a pain.  Just a story about my husband ----  and not a suggestion that you don't make sure your child feels loved already. but when you think of your son's reaction to thinks like your getting a shot, it's very sweet.
