Our 4 yr old constantly runs his hands lightly down his face.  He is a good boy with no behavior problems.  This just started within the past couple of weeks.  He is an only child.  There is no lack of attention.

Don't be concerned. Children go through the weirdest phases. He will exchange this one for something else. One of my daughters walked like a duck for a month. Why? Who knows....
