Eating problem

My six year child is afraid to eat after an episode of choking.  I have taken her to the ENT and assured me that she does have enlarged tonsils, however, is able to eat.  She states she is afraid of choking and refuses to eat.  How long will this last and any suggestions???? Thanks.

just give her apple sauce and keep her away from tv shows that show that kind of stuff and ways to over come if it happens

She obviously became afraid and thats why she isnt eating, perhaps dont make any issue of her eating , let her eat soft foods at the moment say no more about it, it hopefully will go away by itself, she could be picking up on any concern you are showing ..Good Luck
