6 years old child doesnt want to eat

My 6 years old nephew doesnt want to eat. He has been like this from the very begining. He drinks water on his own but when it comes to food (solid or liquid) even chocolates, he refuses to eat. We have tried all kinds of ways to make him eat but failed. If we try to feed him he vomits whatever he has eaten that whole day. Child Specialists say there is nothing wrong with him medically, it is just his behavior. These days it has come down to feeding him semi liquid food after he falls asleep.
For me a 6 years old child otherwise very playful and smart not wanting to eat anything even chocolates is very converning. Any kind of help or suggesting is very much appreciated.

How do you try to feed him, this may cause anxiety rather than help the issue, I appreciate you are concerned ,if the specialist said it is his behavior , is there something upsetting him ,perhaps if you paid less attention to him eating, put out nourishing food he would like then leave him to eat alone, dont make a big deal of him eating, perhaps your concern makes you talk about it a lot, he is getting attention , has he siblings ?
