child dont sleep

I am having 2 yr old daughter she is very active through out the day she take her nap at day time nicely,even if  she go to day care she do but at night she dont want to sleep she is having toddler bed .but she alz cry and become so hyper that she dont want to sleep and want to go outside.we both r working and has leave early b"caz of her behaviour we r not able to sleep .i am really worried abt her behaviour.

kindly suggest?

thanks she luv to cme in kitchen,i will certainly do these things on my weeekend i plyed some music with her she was dancing and that she slept so nicely by saying goodbye daddy and mummy.One more thing i want to discuus i want she should be open nt shy in front of anyone for example she knows her all body parts but she dont tell in front of anyone except me?

Have her do some cooking with you, give her a spoon and a bowl and something she can mush around so she is with you and helping they love that even at this tender age, if you ever make cakes or pastry they love to mix up a bit and make their own pies.. make sure she gets lots of reading to, so soothing, songs, music ,coloring /drawing is very enjoyable.Get Dad involved  ,playing with her , as she gets to 3 years old  board games are very good, one called Cherry'os its amusing .,snakes and ladders  Have fun with her ...

thanks i think she needs attention as i go home i m busy in cooking etc .

maybe she sleeps too long during the day if she is in daycare maybe she wants to be with you more do you play with her in the evening, for her its the time for fun, daycare in the day naps, boredom ..shes just normal ,if you adjust your schedule so shes getting more attention she may sleep better .Good Luck
