My daughter just got over an ecoli infection and she lost 7lbs.  She cant afford to lose 7lbs she is 5 1/2 and now 32lbs.  The best thing to do is give him what he wants to get him to eat. If that is all he is eating than just give him that, at least he is eating right?

It wont hurt to get your sons health checked but we do worry a lot when they dont eat, ask him what other foods would he like to try, take him to the store and let him choose, put the food down at the table and let him  eat without any fuss, if he doesnt eat all you would like, let it go it could be his way of getting attention. Focus on his positive side and make sure he gets plenty of outside activity does his Dad play sports and Games with him, and if Dads not there you do it, get him on a food supplement of VitB Complex and VitC And Fish oil, Is he happy at school has he got friends, get enough sleep.
