  Any other symptoms?
Please don't be scared at what I suggest.
She needs to be checked for diabetes.
She could have some kind of lowgrade infection w/o pain.
I am diabetic and if my blood sugar gets high I drink more then usual and pee more also.
Please bring her for a check up.
You know when my son was little, now that I think, I thought he had diabetes.
Nope, he just drank a LOT.

I would have her checked by a doctor. One thing that comes to mind is Diabetes but I'm sure there's lots of plausible reasons.
