My Cholesterol Results - HELP

I am very confused.  I had some blood work done back in November and my overall cholesterol was around 160 or so.  I just had some recent blood work done and my results are crazy:

Overall: 236
LDL: 134
HDL: 176
Tri: 208

I have an appointment with my dr to go over these results next week but even though HDL is a GOOD cholesterol I have NEVER seen numbers that high!  I typically run in the 70's.  I'm a 35 year old woman that is relatively active and have had near perfect cholesterol my whole life.  What can be causing this??

Thank you!

You need to retest, your HDL can't be that high.
