Could what was originally diagnosed anxiety really be broncialectasis progressing?

The following is a list of my symptoms:

Birth - Today
Kyphosis of spine, rib flare and broken ribs;
Physical malformation of breat plate, sternum and left ribcage
Muskcoskeltal and bone pain in chest, thoracic spine and left ribcage
Chest pain
Shortness of breath
Strep throat nearly every year
20 to today
Sudden onset of near constant diarrhea

Incident of myocarditis during a case of strep throat / bronchitis
Chest pain
Short breath
Numb arms and hands
Curled up feet and hands
Headache

Medication introduced - some variation of daily opioid and benzodiazepine
Opiate/opioid - Resolved chest pain and shortness of breath for a time period, via respiratory depression; depressed cough reflex and generation of sputum,
Unaware of pain or numbness/injury due to in accurate sensation increased dose when sick or in pain; never used to get high, ended out asking for suboxone because it provided the symptoms I wanted and could be refilled; for actual pain medication not a high
30 - today
Erectile dysfunction
Constant headaches; feels like brain has shrunk and is wrapped really tight.
Chronic cough - 3 months
Chronic sputum generation - white, yellow or pink with little grit in it.
Near constant short breath; continually decreasing 02 sat; believe it was at 92% on Monday down from 99 in 2009
Began to feel very tired and ill over the last 2 years; unable to block feelings with opiates/benzos anymore
Eliminated opiates and benzos 3 months ago, doubt feel pain just numbness and tingling now, so desire for pain medication is very low
Fever and sweating from infection became so intense I returned to the hospital.
Treated with IV antibiotic, hydration
Saline flush burned a lot but keep doing Awareness of infections/fevers returned; with opiate elimination

Chronic cough and swollen esophagus - Returned when opiate was discontinued
Pain in chest and thoracic; hunched and pressured felling in the chest; no relief at prospect of not being able to breath; this is what caused anxiety
Acid reflux and gas
Coughed until vomited multiple times
Unable to keep liquid down; like there was an obstruction
Pressure in viens/arteries very high; can see and hear
Know the difference between anxiety and a problem; this is a problem...

Not sure what it is, but reading the symptoms and history for broncalectasis resulting from development of kyphotic spine and malformed sternum and ribcage.
Most issues attributed to anxiety...however when I am having an episode; the numbness doesn’t go away; I still can’t breath
First time I have been truly scared of how Ill I feel, know that this ends with me stroking out because of an episode. I am worried they will just say I am anxious or have high BP....and role everything up under it.

I am beginning to see the patterns and how each symptoms effects other symptoms and other parts of the body. And how much masking medications like opiates and benzos can hide important indicators of your health.

Happy to take Narcan or a drug test to prove I am clean...if that will motivate you to really figure this out for me.
