It is common for patients to have pulmonary nodules detected 0n CT. Follow-up is based on Fleischner Society guidelines (if age greater than 35 years old and no history of cancer). Your pulmonary nodules are tiny. If low risk for lung cancer, no follow-up is necessary. If high risk for lung cancer (e.g., history of smoking), consider follow-up CT chest in 12 months.
