If your insurance allows you to you should see a respiratory therapist. Get a referral from your current PCP.

I have had chest x-rays, chest CT scans, bronchoscopy.  I have been diagnois with interstisial lung disease, nodules in lungs but this comes and goes.  I have had staph infections in my lungs.  I have a large deviated septum.  I have had alot of lab work done.
They have checked for lupus, diabetis, wegeners granulomatosis diaease and more. No allergy testing done yet.  I have had 5 back surgeries and have rods from L-2 to S-1,  I am on alot of medicine because of this.  For my lungs I take brovana, budesonide, and mucomyst in my nebulizer, spiriva, predisone, and pro air inhaler.  The doctor had me start taking prilosec 2 x a day for a month to see if it helps with my acid problem which can effect the lungs.

Thank You for any help you can give me!

Can you fill us in on what tests have already been done?  That would be very helpful. Chest x-ray? Chest CTscan? Sinus CT?  Bronchoscopy?  What kind of blood work?  Allergy testing?  Also what medications are you on and what has been tried?

Thanks.  I would love to give you some thoughts if I had moreinformation.
