Yes. I have cirrhosis with portal hypertension and I sometimes even have liver pain after I've eaten. I do feel dopey tired, then I even out. I stick to a strick diet, but noticed drinking high raw protein causes these symptoms. I have no clue if I'm doing something wrong?
It's weird, sometimes if I don't eat, my liver and fatigue seem to do better? Of course I have zero appetite and have to make myself eat something. That's why I thiugh protein drink kefir sometime would be good? Now I'm not sure?
Best, dbz
Hi I agree with Kim, I eat several small meals a day. If I don't my sugar falls, I get grumpy dizzy, feel sick, etc.
Drink plenty of water.

Hi again Terry
I just noticed you've written another question on a different post. Did your Doctor determine if you have cirrhosis?
Based on your question being in a Cirrhosis of the Liver community I assumed you have liver disease.
You can also experience dizziness and being tired before eating even without Cirrhosis. You may only have low blood sugar which is not uncommon.
Will be glad to help any question or concern you may have.

Understand English is not your language, but can still help
Hi Terry
If you're asking tired and dizzy prior to eating? I would say definitely it occurs for me when I've not eaten for several hours. Would also include irritable and kinda lackluster if that makes sense. Kinda have the blahs.
It does have to do with a blood sugar drop. Kinda like a hypoglycemia reaction. Also should I go thru a sugar frenzy, its great while I'm enjoying it but a real let down shortly after.
The liver has various functions and literally is the regulating organ of the body. Everything we consume passes thru the liver. When our liver has damage it effects our entire system. I do believe it is a normal response to become fatigued and somewhat off kilter.
