What I am hearing from your doctor was that based on your lab results he believes you have cirrhosis.
He does not recommend a biopsy as it is invasive has it's own risks and is unnecessary as it would change nothing in your treatment.
And the good news is that by looking at you lab results in the child pugh score calculator your severity of cirrhosis is mild at this time as you score as a child "A" .
That was not how he diagnosed your cirrhosis only why he feels you cirrhosis is less severe as based on the Child score result you have early cirrhosis.
In otherwords well compensated cirrhosis based on your entire testing profile and his medical observations.
Sometimes doctors are not expert at expressing themselves to patients
Good luck what ever you decide

i canceled the biopsy ( cuz i dont trust them no more ) , and we dont have fibroscan. I dont wanna see my doctor anymore and i canceled my insurance and wait for a new doctor .
ok this is from my GI doctor
I believe that you do have cirrhosis. You have Childs-Pugh class A. That means it's very early and there is nothing to do but continue your medication. You are like a person without cirrhosis.
I do not recommend the biopsy because it comes with risks (significant bleeding and death) and no matter the biopsy results, we would continue doing the same thing. If you really want it, I can put it in.
You don't need to worry that the nose bleed in terms of your liver. The blood tests are very good and do not show any problem.
We can repeat the blood tests and I will order them.
have you had blood tests as indicated in the link?
Liver function tests with evevated AST ALT possibly bilirubin, creatinine, Albumin?
High INR numbers? Imagining tests indicitive of liver damage such as MRE, MRI, CT or utlrasounds?
And the gold standard of liver damage a liver biopsy or the non invasive fibroscan to confirm a preliminary diagnosis based on the forgoing tests if needed?
As I said health people would also be Child "A" but with the other tests combined if you are seperatly diagnosed with cirrhosis then the Child Pugh score should be evaluated to determing the severity of your cirrhosis diagnosis.
Could he have said something like "you have cirrhosis but it is considered early because your child pugh score is "A"". That he diagnosed you with cirrhosis based on your other tests? Have you had a liver biopsy or fibroscan?
thanks a lot flyinlynn . cuz my doctor diagnosis me early cirrhosis cuz i have Childs-Pugh class A. i cannot wait to see another doctor. thanks again =D
Not at all, even a healthy person entering their data into a Child-Pugh calculator will show as Chlid "A" there is no lower value available.

The calculator only has meaning once a patient has a diagnosis of cirrhosis to estimate the severity of cirrhosis.
