I am an ICU/ER Nurse but I certainly do not know it all. I also have Cirrhosis-F4. From my studies and experience I have not ran into inflammation of extremities. as a clinical presentation. As a nurse, it sounds like "maybe" cellulitis possibly associated with lymph edema, which I also have(wear leg appliances) which is a very dangerous infection. Loss of limbs and worse.
Hope I have been helpful. My email is( crazy..I know) ***@****. Feel free to contact me.
Hi My inflamación is gone, I also stopped the hydrocholorothiazide 12.5 mg Pill.
I had a fibroscan with result of 17, a vascular sonography... “ No varices “
But I was diagnosed with a Autoimmune disorder psoriatic reumatoid (arthritis) - you can not walk w/o a cane... and forget about climbing stairs; not to mention the pain. But to add to the fun ... psoriasis - ugly horrible red spots in the skin - and they itch a lot. Up to now I have at least 3 tiny Red spots. Cannot wait to tell my doctors.
I was also diagnosed with a chronic thyroid problem (hashimoto). No pain there ... but cancer high risk. Just got a biopsy but not the result.
Something tells me the liver problem come from my Autoimmune condition which I learn I had couple of months ago, haven’t consulted with my doctors yet.
This is just update and to help others.
Any one with cirrhosis and autoimmune problems?
