Slipped up - now what?

I was diagnosed last summer with ARLD and fatty liver last summer. Quit drinking and all my blood levels returned to near normal (slightly high billirubin - 3 and INR 1.4) platlet count is a little low. My meld is 12 and ultrasound sound shows mildly echogenic liver. Been told I am well compensated.

I was sober for 6 months and started to pay attnetion to the diet as well. Lost weight, feeling good etc...

However, I slipped up the other day and had what would be considered a binge - over 6 lower alchl content beers. I feel like a jerk and idiot for this but it happened. Question is how much damage can an episode do? I'm back getting sober and don't have another check up for 5 months. Did I royal screw up my chances for statying compensated?
Anyone have any insight? Like I said I'm doing towing the line again but just wonder if anyone has had a similar experience and if there is still hope...

Thanks
