I was mainly worried about getting cold or flu. For the next week, I will only really be in contact with one person, so wouldnt it be impossible for me to get this unless this person gives it to me?
it is so true you can cause your immune system overload with stress as we produce lots of hormones and adrenaline when we are under stress. Try some Vit C and Zinc and take some probiotics for your tummy. just to help your body cope with the amount of stress you are under. Try a little meditation too, or at least try to calm your mind a bit, by listening to ocean waves on a cd or rain etc on a cd, to give your mind time to chill a little. Best of luck with your exams, I am sure you will do just wonderful! Just remember to take a little down time. If you can afford it, go for a 20 min massage on your shoulders and neck or an Indian Head massage. what is is you are worried about catching ? the more you worry, the worse you will feel, get the facts and see a doc, no question is a stupid question after all it is YOUR body and YOU have to live in it!
