Try to think what you were doing differently when you started getting 'the sniffles' dizziness, flu type symptoms, nausea

There is an autoimmune issue that I would suspect exposure to BUTYL for causing (2-butoxyethanol is the version I looked into)

I suffered from numerous stomach viruses and terrible sinus infections over the years that would render me helpless for days, but I'm finding a natural way to treat myself that is really helping me.
First, whenever you feel your head getting clogged up use a nasal saline irrigation kit (nasal ******) or a nettie pot to clean your sinus passageways immediately. Its amazing how it helps alleviate infections.
As far as viruses, this may sound distasteful to many, but it really helps me. When ever I feel a virus coming on, chills, aches, fatigues, I sip about 2 large cups of "garlic broth with hot pepper" upon its onset. I cut up about 3 to 4 cloves of fresh garlic, simmer it in chicken broth, then sprinkle it with red pepper flakes. After the broth, I take about 2000 mgs of Ester-C vitamin with bioflavanoids. The garlic, the red pepper and continuing doses of vitamin C really seemed to help me and get into my bloodstream quickly to help kill the virus or weaken it.
