Scared of throwing up...

I've just gotten over the flu, I had it last week and didn't throw up until the next week. That was about three or four days ago I only threw up twice and it was very little. The medication they had me on was hydrocodone and tamiflu. I haven't had any more symptoms of the flu I feel better, but I still fear of throwing up. I feel like there's something stuck in the back of my throat like food or something and this fear has caused me to not eat as much and make me lose some weight ( not that there was a lot of weight to lose.) Can someone please help me..

Sounds like you really need help with some stress. And after you vomit you can get swelling in the whole upper GI tract, including the throat , mouth, and the larnex, this feeling will pass and you should be fine. Eat softer foods or soups, till this sensation passes.
