Do I have colon cancer?

I’m an 18 year old female and I think I may have Colon cancer or irritable Bowel Syndrome. I noticed about a year ago blood on toilet paper and have never said anything to anyone. At times it would be a lot of blood. Then eventually I started getting kinda constipated but also having diarrhea. Also, my stomach feels weird, like it sometimes feels like I can feel things moving in my bowels. Yesterday I had pencil thin stool, as well as today. I am scared. I’m out of state, away from family and do not have insurance. I have no idea who to go to for this. Please help.
