Ulcer

Okay i have a massive white ulcer in my mouth on the gum behind my bottom row of teeth almost virtically not quite in bottom of the mouth. Treatment pain is NOT a issue for me, when ulcers come i regularly press salt into them, bathe them with vinigar or alcohol these are all extremely painful but dont actually always numb it.

Is there anything else i can do excluding going to get medicine? Pain is not a problem i dont care how much it will hurt just shoot ;)

My dentist told me a few years ago they are caused by stress and illness and not due to oral hygeine, i dont really know if this is true or not but if it is then i dont think going to see a dentist will help me.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
I would highly recommend you see an Oral Surgeon or at least your dentist. Recurring white ulcers and large as you describe is not something I would take so lightly.
