tooth pain and nose bleeding

Hello. About a week ago i start having a consistent gum pain, at the begining it was bareble, but it got worse and worse so i went to the emergency dentist. He told me that i have a cavity, he cleaned it ,filled it.Then he cleaned all my teeth, gave me some painkillers and sent me home. He said i might have some pain but thats because he cleaned everything..Now it's been 3 days since then and i am losing my mind. The pain is moving from one side to another, from front to back ,i took all kinds of painkiller..nothing helped..Beside that i have nose bleeding as well.. So today i've been to my normal(health) doctor...i thought he should look at my mouth maybe i have an infection. He said my gums looked alright and he refused to give me antibiotics. He  gave me some gel to put on my theeth and gums and sent me home..He also spoke with a jaw doctor but they think it is nothing of that mattter...I have no clue what i have but i can't take this pain anymore. Makes me agressive and i haven t slept in days...I am a type of person who in general takes pain pretty good so i am not exagerating when i am saying i am losing my mind. The dentist and doctor don't really know why  i have this kind of pain...Can it be sinus infection?( even though i don't have headaches)..or anything else?????/...Please any suggestions are welcome.
Thank You.

Thank you for your suggestions.
I finally had an appointment with a jaw doctor and he told me i have kind of gum infections and toothstone & i should immediatly go see a  mouth hygienist. He also told me that the emergency doctor and my normal one WERE WRONG and got really angry because he could not understand how some doctors just send people home and  telling them everything looks fine, when even the smallest examination would cleary show everything was NOT fine .Actually was not even close to fine.. So until now i had 2 appointments with my mouth hygienist..it is still a lot of work to be done. I still have a lot of pain in between appointments ,which unfortunatly is once week ,sometimes once every 2 weeks, but at least i found a doctor able to explain me what i have and able to treat me.:) No offence to any doctor but some of them ,especially the emergency ones treat you like you waste their time .
Anyway thank you again for your answers and i hope no one will go through what i went through :)

If there is no dentoalveolar pathology identified by your dentist, you may need to see an orofacial pain specialist.
