Ravgen test results? DNA non invasive paternity test.

I’m 30 weeks pregnant, tested fling thing and got back paternity being less then 1.0%. I got my results back in 3 days. Labs and everything sent out 2/1 and results back 2/5/21.
I’m very confused I got my results back from Ravgen showing Probability of paternity is less then 1.0%...
What does this mean I’m freaking out! Why isn’t it a 0%?
DDC runs results at 0% or 99.9% results.

As noted extensively by AnnieBrooke, the paternity of your child is clear.  We hope that you are able to accept the advice and your test results and move forward.

If you recall, we went over this (and over it and over it and over it) and your dates rule out the first guy all by themselves, you had sex with him and then a period,  and the baby's measurements in the early ultrasounds all point to the second guy. Nothing suggested you even needed to do a DNA test in the first place. Then you got a DNA test from the DDC, and the dad is the second guy, which is what you wanted. But then you cooked up a reason not to believe the test. Then you recently wrote and said you still aren't reassured by the period, the dates, the ultrasounds, *or* the first DNA test, and asking if you should test again. At that time I said,

"If retesting through Ravgen will genuinely soothe your fears (and by "genuinely" I mean, you will never again think "What if the test is ... WRONG?!?!?!"), and if you have a couple of more thousand bucks to throw at it again, and if you aren't going to look foolish to the guy you are asking to test again, there is nothing particularly wrong with testing. If you're *certain* a new test will answer your worries, go right ahead. I'm all for easing women's worries."

So, now you're saying basically that you just did test again, and with Ravgen, the best lab in the world for this kind of testing, and are wanting to disbelieve the results because they use the language "less than 1% chance" when the DDC says "0%."

Cassie, you've said before that you suffer from anxiety. You have two other kids, you really need to stop letting your ungrounded fears run you, for their sake and your own. Please see your therapist -- increase your number of visits if possible. You refuse to believe the masses of medical evidence of the second guy's paternity, who is the guy you want it to be! We can't do this for you, clearly our words aren't having an impact. You (and your counselor) need to get your head together without you asking over and over again here.

Hi, are you saying that you tested with DDC first, and then tested with Ravgen, and they agreed? But that you can't believe it because one lab said less than 1% instead of 0%?

I just don’t u understand the language less then 1% when it can be 0% like DDC. Makes it seem like there’s a slight chance.
