Question about surgery related dvt

Hi guys.   Im a 30 yr old male I've read that the risk of dvt per year for any given person after breaking down the numbers is 1 percent of less.  I just had ankle surgery. Plates and screws put in.  I've had no swelling or pain in my legs, no change of color.  I'm not supposed to but I'm able to walk on my ankle now without a cast or anything after Today was my 2 and half week checkup.  Supposed to wear cam boot and limit weight but I don't feel much pain so I'm pushing myself.  Dr said bone is healing very quickly but the final callous hasn't healed yet.  I told the Dr I was worried about blood clots.  Actually I've become obsessed with them after reading literature about surgery related dvt.  The Dr checked both my legs said they looked fine and was kind enough to send for a doppler ultrasound today.  Dr also said I could take a baby aspirin a day if I was that worried.  He was not worried in the slightest about dvt just basically comforting me.  My question is since I'm walking around and stuff.  Should I still be concerned with surgery related dvt. ?????? I have no genetic issues I'm aware of.  I had artho knee surgery and had no issues.  This is taking away from my quality of life.  And running my wife nuts.  Ps I take Lexapro for health anxiety
