Switch from aspirin to Eliquis

Hi everyone! I had dvt of left distal FV and popliteal vein.
I was on Eliquis 6 months and then I switched to aspirin 81 mg daily because I don’t want to use blood thinners for ever.
Sometimes I want to switch again to Eliquis for a short period of time for maximum protection in high risk situations(E.g. before flying). My question is this :
After how many days of my last day of aspirin I can start Eliquis, and is it possible to start Eliquis the same day I finish aspirin or the risk of bleeding is very high?**I know the anti platelet effect of aspirin last 96 hours. So ,is it ok to take Eliquis after 3 days of the last day of aspirin intake or there is no reason to have a 3 day gap which I don’t like because I will be without protection for 3 days.
