Can anyone tell me what to do

I had a spinal fusion L4/L5 three years ago, there was a rod and pins out in, now I'm in excruciating pain in my lower back and it radiates down my hip and leg, ive been to the drs several times in tears about this with their reply, they can't help me. They refuse to give me an MRI unless I do six weeks physical therapy, I did a week and it out me in bed for two days. The drs are all saying nothing is wrong but then why am I in so much pain? It hurts horribly to sit, stand, walk, move in general and its constant consistent pain.
