what can i do for very painful open mouth ulcers

i have mouth ulcers that are killin me .i did get some perident to rinse an predisone which i hate atitude an i think i am on too many meds cause toungue is swollen

Need to get to the cause of your problem with your doctor. That many ulcers and your tongue swelling is not typical.  This could be related to meds you are taking. Again speak with your doctor and too your pharmacist. 

Go easy on the brushing, make sure your toothbrush is sterile. Look at any recent changes:  meds, toothpaste, etc. 

Corsodyl gel is OTC as well as Frador. But let someone see you to make sure what you have are actually ulcers. Could be another type of lesion.
