Your descriptions suggest that new filling causes occlusal interference, bite adjustment properly would eliminate your problem.
But my dentist checked the bite and said it was ok. Could he be missing something?
Very few dentist can adjust bite optimally. Most dentists depend on patients's adaptation after new restoration delivered.
Could that cause sensitivity to cold?
I have almost the same problem. Got my tooth filling don't over a month ago and still hurts when I chew. Not sensitive to cold though. I had adjustment once and still didn't fix the problem. Let me know of an update
