Do I need antibiotics for my peridontitis

I am most concerned that I should be taking antibiotics for my moderate case of peridontitis.  The dentist said that I should get on with brushing with an electric toothbrush, until she sees me in March for a deep clean, but has thankfully agreed that she will see me tomorrow for a quick check to see how I'm getting on with the cleaning.
I must explain that I have health problems which mean that I have to be very careful as my system is prone to inflammation and some types of infections.  I have M.E.  acid reflux and outbreaks of gastritis.  Also a problem in my blood of MGUS (due to high paraprotein level in the blood)

I know that the bacteria from peridontitis can spread to other areas of the body, I have been feeling very unwell (another doctor said I had a virus) but I am starting to suspect that I have not got a virus but something which has been caused by the peridontitis.....  I have continuous grumblings and pain at night in my abdomen, raised glands in my neck, slight sinus pain as well....

Please can you advise me what to do.
