Can an abcess cause vertigo
Wed. Dentist found abcess tooth. Prior to going was having lightheadness and dizzy to almost falling..already had heart checked..okay and ENT said vertigo. Will the vertigo improve after infected tooth is pulled? Also been infected almost a year could infection be in n blood stream or brain?
