Whitish mouth, painless mouth ulcers coming and going....

About 2 weeks ago, I had a painless ulcer on the floor of my mouth and 2 clusters of white papules rubbing against my  upper back teeth with flesh colored growths right next to them.  The ulcer went away in about a week and the papules reduced in number but did not go away and the flesh colored growths remained.

Then the insides of my cheeks started having this whitish appearance to them and a bump with a white border on the left side of my tongue.

Then just a few days ago I got these slightly painful ulcers on my front gums, top and bottom, but they were very small in appearance and hard to see.

I went to an internal medicine MD who said looks like leukoplakia or could be fungus.

I saw an ENT doctor who didn't know what it was, but prescribed an oral steroid cream for the ulcers.  It helped with the ulcers, but nothing else.  Everything's been relatively painless, except the most recent ulcers, but even those were just slightly painful.

I have no other symptoms, no sore throat, no fever, no headaches, no trouble swallowing, no swollen lymph nodes.  I don't smoke and rarely drink.  My tongue is mostly pink, except for the bump on the left side with the white border around the bump, but even that is not that big, about the size of a hole punch hole.

Anyone have any idea what this could be?

Exactly same problem with me, I am at 8 week post exposure and my last results at 28 days for all STD's and HIV was negative. I am confused between STD and Stomach problem as, I also have stomach issues and feel some kind of bacterial infection. I will get retest for all STD and HIV at 3 months. Please check my posts and discussion for details.
