bump under tongue

i have had a fleash colored bump under my tounge that almost looks like a bubble. it it dose hurt  but over the year it has gotten bigger it is under the tounge not on yhe tounge but its in the area behind the teeth and gums starting to get scared  so any idea would be very appreciated

Not good go to the dentist asap so you can have  a biopsy on it.

Any changes in your mouth should always be evaluated by your dentist.  You've had this a long time and it's growing, so see your dentist right away.
