Mouth odour !!!!!

Dear sir.... I have persistent mouth odour and bad breath since the last two years .... I have tried using mouthwashes, papermint, anti-bacterial mouthwash, listerine, and bad breath washers but they never worked. The odour still persist even after using these things mentioned before. But i havent consulted anyone yet because i wonder the problem was either because of saliva disorder.... Sir, i feel uncomfortable with my mouth anf often feel some mild pain on my jaws.... Please sir, can you help and im not sure whether to consult A MEDICAL DOCTOR OR A DENTIST !!!! me..... I need to solve this problem coz it makes my life hard since last 2 years,,,,, if its a saliva disorder... what can i do for that ????

Try using DENTO TAPE each and every night, religiously, get your teeth cleaned
every three-six months starting with a scaling, take Coq10 daily and Vitamin C, 1,000mg,
and rinse with hot salt water. I could not go to sleep without using my dental tape.
A new thing I've been doing is putting baking soda on my brush and using a Crest
Spin Brush. Baking soda destroys odors in the fridge, bathroom, floors and ...
on those gums! lol  
   There is a doctor in Rome, an oncologist, who is putting baking
soda into cancerous tumors. He also sometimes puts it into IV's. I'm surprised he's still alive. In the USA , his office would have been raided by now.
