Sinus problems can sometimes cause headaches and pain in the teeth as well. You can also have severe tooth pain, with nothing wrong with the teeth, if the lower branch of the facial nerve is inflammed for some reason.
i did get a mouth pice to see if i was grinding or clenching .But ut did help at all .but thanks for the help.
Do you grind your teeth or clench your jaws? I'm just wondering since the dr. said that it could be tension headaches. Sometimes when people are tense they clench or grind. That could also cause the headaches.
