white bumps on inside of cheek

I had all of my top teeth extracted and now have a denture. I noticed aout 3 days after the surgery that i have about 10 whit ebumps on the inside of my cheek. I am really wondering what this is. I have been on Cephalexin to get rid of an infected extraction and perhaps wondering if this is somehow a reaction from the extractions or the medication. SOmeone please help, I only want to go to the doctor if absolutely neccessary. Thank you.

Hi there, I went to see my family doctor today but he said it was 'some sort of infection' and gave me a cream that I pick up from the pharmacy tonight. They have doubled in size every day from being just a small dot on sunday to now being the size of a pea cut in half. they are getting in the way while talking and quite irritating. The only issue I have with going back to the dentist is that they will charge me. I am so broke right now. I'm only a student working 5 hours aweek and have spent way too much on my teeth already.

Going back to your dentist to have a post-op exam is advised.
