Wellbutrin Tactile Hallucinations?

My 16 year-old son was recently diagnosed with severe clinical depression, and is now attending therapy and was placed on 100mg of Wellbutrin about three weeks ago. Recently he has been complaining about the sensation of things crawling/touching/jumping on him. We have no fleas and we haven't found any ticks on him. He takes no other medication, and Wellbutrin appears to be the only explanation, although I've found no information on this being a side-effect and I'm worried this may be an issue. Have any of you heard of this being a side-effect or have any advice on what to do?

Don't know if it's related to the Wellbutrin, but 16 year old brains aren't what these drugs were ever tested for or intended for.  Also, this drug is one of the most stimulating of all antidepressants, and it could be overstimulating your son.
