I think it would be best if you saw someone and have them help you figure out what is wrong exactly,it would be wrong for us to guess,it could be many things and youd need a doctor to take the time to figure it out

Well I can tell you that I've been diagnosed with depression and bipolar. There is no harm in seeking treatment for it, in fact you will feel much bettter. As far as the ADHD I don't believe that's what's going on (again I'm no doctor) but I have 9 yrs of experience with mood disorders.. some of the side effects of bipolar ARE the ones you are experiencing...trouble with noise, crowded spaces, inability to concentrate and the highs and lows in your moods. Along with that also comes anxiety which can throw you into a very high energy level and that's why you might not be able to sit still. Do you find that your brain is thinking 90 miles per hour and its racing? Also a sign of bipolar. May also be a little underlying depression. I went to a psychiatric doctor and got put on mood stabilizers and a mild anti depressant and I've never felt better...it will level your moods so there isn't that really upset or really mad or really anxious feeling all the time. It will slow your thoughts and allow you to concentrate SOOOO much better. Remeber please that there is nothing wrong with you as a person and nothing to b ashamed about. Almost all of these disorders are simply chemical imbalances in your body that have to be regulated and I hope you can find help...god bless...
