I skipped 100mg Zoloft my dose for 2 days, started it and feel sick?

I'm a female college student and I stopped taking my 100mg Zoloft for around 2 days. Didn't mean to stop taking it i think; just forgot one day and didn't feel like taking it the next don't know why. However I felt so nauseous the second day I didn't take it that my friend suggested I should take it again because maybe my body didnt like the sudden change. I've been back on it for I think 2 days and I still feel nauseous and sick; like how you feel from the side effects when you first start taking it. It's not like I'm gonna throw up it's that back of your throat nausea, and a tingly jaw and like my face feels like its warm, tingly and clamy. I also have a weird taste in my mouth and can't really eat. Thanks!!! Could really use some advice so busy this week with schoolwork can't afford to feel this gross.

You suffered withdrawal from quitting abruptly.  You can't do that with these meds.  When you decide to quit you have to taper off slowly.  This should pass quickly as your brain stops withdrawing; if it doesn't, it's time to see your psychiatrist to find out why.  But I think you'll be fine.
