Depressed and don't know why

I'm feeling depressed for no reason. Sometimes I get bursts of anger. Sometimes my stress comes to a point where I'm shaking. I want to shut off but I know I can't and shouldn't so I try not to. I hate waking up sometimes and even eating becomes a problem from time to time. My sleeping *****, mostly due to University and I'm lacking my usual motivation. I don't even enjoy the things I used to. Nothing bad has happened in my life, besides the usual family stuff, other wise my life is perfect. I just wish I was happier.

First, you're at the age when this sort of disorder, if you have it, manifests itself.  Second, nobody ever feels depressed for a reason -- people feel sad for a reason, not depressed.  It's a ridiculous disease, as is anxiety, which it sounds like you have some of as well.  They do nothing for us.  If you truly feel this is depression and not just a bad mood that will pass, you might think about finding a psychologist for help.
