Thanks for your suggestion. :) I may just buy some without her knowing and see if it does anything. If she doesn't have to find out about it, I don't want her to.
Thanks for replying. I'm thinking of writing her a note. I'm not good at talking to people, even her.
Hello...my daughter was experiencing some depression/anxiety/mood swings....and you're not crazy....it's great that you are looking for help...my daughter is 19-I didn't want to see her start so young on taking this medication that helps the symptoms, so we found a natural alternative and we both take it. It's vitamin b-12...I've been on Paxil for a year..and the weight gain and other side effects were doing more harm than good. But this is natural and you can use it without worrying about side effects. But do talk to your mom, that's what moms are for! If she says its mood swings, ask her to get you some b-12...it will be okay...feel free to message me anytime...=)
Your concern for not wanting to talk to your mother is understandable. But, you may be surprised. If you feel that you're depressed, then you likely are, and you feel strongly enough about it to come here to seek help.
Talk to your Mom and tell her how you feel and what is going on in your head. My guess is that she'll want to help you feel better.
Also, just anyone willing to be my friend would be great. I'm pretty new here, so yeah.
