I need to know exactly what is going on.  You said on Jul 19 that you had been on prozav for a year and you were going to talk to your dr.
Now you say that you have been on it for 5 weeks.
I cannot help if I don't know exactly what is going on.

Hi
It can all start for me from a broken nights sleep and I panic and have a total melt down I also have burst of energy for a certain amount of time then the next not a care in the world I have OCD permanently and what everything perfect and have been like that since having my 2nd child 9 years ago and then again after my 3rd baby 6 years ago , I know a few people of the same meds as me who were all told to take in the morning and I have a very good friend who is a pharmacist who iv spoken to and advised me to change to morning which I did yesterday morning and have felt better for doing so, will just see how I get on tonight with sleep but last night got 9 hours not taking it at tea time, I am getting an appointment hopefully for tomorrow to see my doctor and asking if I need an increase as I feel 20mg have reached there therapeutic level and I'm needed that little more to properly level out x

I would follow your drs instructions for now.  I have experimented with my medicines before to see what time was the perfect time but in the end, once the medicine gets in your system really good, the time that you take it really doesn't matter.
You felt better for a little bit there and that was the medicine doing what it is supposed to do.  Once we start to feel better though we need to learn how to use what of that energy we need and then focus some of it on the future.
That may not make sense right now but I want to ask what you changed in your life once you started the medicine again.
We fall into depression and then we start taking medicine and I will advocate for the medicine because it does help.  What we don't do often is use the medicines along with some life changes in order to keep the happiness going.

I was on fluoxetine (Prozac) for over a year from July 2011 then weaned off as was feeling and doing great and not wanting to be dependent on them, I had a bad week 5 week ago now with sleep so my doctor put me back on them and after 1/2 week felt great off 20mg at tea time, now this last week mainly from Wednesday I feel rubbish I know I'm getting 7/8 hours sleep but not feeling refreshed was wondering if changing to take it morning at 20mg and see if it works better or carry on tea time taking and increasing the dose to 40mg like my doctor suggested if I don't feel good after the few week when I started but I did feel good last week when I seen my doctor it's just this last week, thank you for your reply x
