Why do I need to " click here " to reply to my reply? Ok, whatever!
Hey, don't give up so soon. This site doesn't have as many users as the large social media outlets and very few of us respond to posts, but there also are seldom any trolls on here. What you're describing sounds like a mix of depression and agoraphobia, which is just a word that is used when we have so many phobias and keep getting new ones we start spending more and more of our time not going out of the house. This can be the result of depression or the cause of it. The advice is always pretty much the same for all of us, though that doesn't make it easy at all to do or guarantee it will work -- therapy with a psychologist who is best qualified to give you a working diagnosis and a treatment plan, and, when it gets as bad as it is for you now, probably medication, which would be an antidepressant so you can get stabilized. Know that, and I know, this is really hard to do, that the more you avoid, the worse the disorder gets, so isolating yourself more and more makes it worse and worse. Successful treatment, if you can find it, will be aimed at getting you back out there and functioning with more comfort.
Never mind. I'm cancelling this account. Thanks for the welcome ( not )
