For a doctor: Does Celexa increase risk of Dementia or Alzheimers?

N.B. xposted in anxiety group.
I've used celexa (generic) for years and came across this article (below). So I went off the med and I can see that I'm a little more emotional and chewing my lips etc.  Also wondering if issues I've had with my back (sciatica that won't go away) is related-- I've always carried stress in my neck and back.
So, I'd love to hear from doctors as if Celexa is found to increase the risk of messing up my brain with dementia or alzheimers.  Thanks.
