When you stop your med your body just go back to the way it was without the meds.It takes a while to get them out of your systm. clinical depression is like bi polar. Its for life and you need your meds to be ok. It is like having diabetes.Yoou wouldnt stop your insulin just because you feel better. the med is what is making you feel better.
go see your doc and maybe you need to go back on your med. alos have you had your thryoid checked. a wonky thryroid will mimic depresson and make you feel pretty bad

I went to the doctor and this time it was a differnt Doctor. One day after my almost panic attack .I told here that the next day after I had my panic attack the only thing I knew to Is take my Efexor xr pill that I had left so then she prescribed me Efexor xr agin and asked if I was interstead in going to therapy and I said yes but cant afford it .Here remark was our goal is to get you off the meds and in to therapy.I just have never been the same since I took those stupid Ativan pills. But It all started when I was 16 I had heart palpitations and my heart would race and thouhgt i was going to have a heart attack I thought it was because iwas smoking to much pot but i guess that could have given e an inbalance. I just wish I was normal agin and could deal with things could it be genetic or thyroid ....I am just scared and whis I could be normal thanks for your reply
